Please read these terms carefully before placing an order or submitting a quote request with Webgrade. By using our services you agree to these terms in full.

Webgrade ("we," "us," "our") provides digital services for small businesses. Our current service offerings include:
All services are provided on a project or recurring basis depending on the service type. A new agreement is formed each time you place an order or request a quote. These Terms of Service apply to every order, quote request, and interaction with Webgrade.
Web Design & Website Update: You will not be charged until you have reviewed your website preview and approved the final result. We send a payment link only after you confirm you're satisfied with the work.
Social Media Management, Advertisement & Website Management are billed on a recurring monthly basis. The first payment is collected at the start of the engagement. You may cancel at any time with 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.
Pricing is discussed and confirmed before any work begins. Any cost that differs from an initial estimate will be communicated to you clearly before payment is requested.
The 30-day refund window begins on the date we deliver your completed project. To request a refund, email us at webgradeteam@gmail.com with your Order ID. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Recurring services (Social Media Management, Advertisement, Website Management) are not covered by the 30-day guarantee. You may cancel future billing with 7 days' notice, but completed months of service are non-refundable.
Customers who have previously completed and paid for a Webgrade project are eligible for a 30% discount on new services.
Important: This discount applies to new service purchases only. It does not apply to Website Update requests or any recurring service renewals. The following are excluded from the returning customer discount:
To claim your discount, indicate that you are a returning customer when submitting your order or quote request, and provide your previous Order ID. We may verify eligibility before applying the discount. Abuse of this discount may result in order cancellation.
We aim to deliver a preview of your project within a few business days of receiving your order and all required assets (logo, photos, content). Delivery timelines vary by service complexity and current order volume.
Web Design revision rounds:
A "round of revisions" means one consolidated set of changes submitted at one time. Additional rounds beyond your plan's allowance may be quoted and billed separately. You will always be informed before any extra charges are applied.
Social Media, Advertisement & Management services include ongoing revisions and adjustments as part of the monthly retainer — no separate revision limit applies.
We will not publish or make anything live without your explicit approval.

Webgrade is not responsible for delays caused by the customer failing to provide required materials, access, or feedback.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the completed deliverable (website, design files, content). Webgrade retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion.
You are responsible for ensuring any content you provide (text, images, logos) does not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks. Webgrade is not liable for intellectual property issues arising from content you supply.
Any design elements, code, or frameworks created by Webgrade and used in your project are licensed to you for use on your own website or platforms. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute them as standalone products.
For Social Media and Advertisement services, ad creatives and content produced by Webgrade on your behalf become your property after payment. We may retain internal copies for portfolio reference unless you request otherwise.
To leave a verified review on our website, you must provide a valid Order ID (format: WG-XXXXXX) matching a completed Webgrade order. This requirement exists to ensure all reviews come from genuine, paying customers.
Your Order ID is used for verification purposes only. It is never displayed publicly alongside your review — it is stored securely and used solely to confirm that your review is legitimate.
By submitting a review, you confirm that it reflects your honest experience and that you are the person who placed the referenced order. Webgrade reserves the right to remove reviews that are found to be fraudulent, abusive, or submitted with an invalid Order ID.
We will never remove a negative review solely because it is negative. Honest feedback is important to us and to future customers.
When you interact with Webgrade — through our website, order forms, quote requests, or support — we collect the information you provide (name, email, phone, business details). This data is used solely to fulfil your order or quote and to communicate with you about your project.

Cookies: Our website uses essential cookies required for core functionality, and optional analytics and advertising cookies. You will be asked for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set. You may decline optional cookies at any time via the cookie banner.
TOS acceptance: When you submit a quote, order, or review and confirm your agreement to these Terms, we log your email address, IP address, and timestamp. This record is maintained for legal and compliance purposes.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We use EmailJS for email delivery and Stripe for payment processing — both are subject to their own privacy policies. We use Google Analytics for anonymous traffic measurement (with your consent).

Webgrade's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project or month of service in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes not resolved informally will be subject to the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.
Webgrade reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
